In Terrorism we Trust

In 1998 Roy D. Reagan & Fred A. Stokes were convicted of illegally transferring 28 military planes from the U.S. Air Force (Davis-Monthan Air Force Base) that were bought to serve covert purposes of flying for the CIA. The exchange would include; 22 = C-130 Hercules (EC-130's) and 6 = P-3 Orions. On April 2nd, 1998 these two men received prison sentences in this military aircraft conspiracy.

(The P-3 Orion is a maritime patrol & reconnaissance aircraft; while the C-130 Hercules is a cargo & tactical air lifter, good for research support, reconnaissance & short takeoffs and landings)

U.S. District Judge William Browning sentenced Roy D. Reagan, an aircraft broker, to 2 1/2 years, and Fred A. Fuchs, a former Forest Service official, to two years in prison. He ordered each of them to serve three years of probation but did not fine them.

(The average American can get 7-10 years for not filing a 1040 form & loose your home.)

Judge Browning, who did not say why he gave Reagan a longer sentence than Fuchs, recommended to the Bureau of Prisons that the men serve their sentences in the minimum-security facility at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. It's the same prison where former Arizona Governor Fife Symington was to serve his 2 1/2-year sentence for bank fraud.

Nellis Air Force Base is located in Clark County, Nevada northeast of Las Vegas and home of the USAF Air Warfare Center. Nellis is also a home to the F-117 Stealth Nighthawk and the Predator RQ-1 and MQ-1

RQ-1 (reconnaissance/unmanned) & MQ-1 (Multi use/unmanned) Predator air vehicles can be disassembled into six main components and loaded into a container nicknamed "the coffin." This enables all system components and support equipment to be rapidly deployed worldwide. The largest component is the GCS and it is designed to roll into a C-130 Hercules. (No wonder they wanted more of these planes)

Currently, the US Air Force uses a concept called "Remote-Split Operations" where the satellite data link is located in a different location and is connected to the GSC through fiber optic cabling. This allows Predators to be launched and recovered by a small "Launch and Recovery Element" and then handed off to a "Mission Control Element" for the rest of the flight. This allows a smaller number of troops to be deployed to a forward location, and consolidates control of the different flights in one location.

In 2000, Cofer Black, the head of the CIA’s Counter-terrist Center (CTC) advocated the armed version Predator which can fired three Hellfire anti-armor missiles at supersonic speeds.

When Judge William Browning sent Reagan & Fuchs to the Nellis Prison Camp a Federal minimum-security prison, also known as a Federal Prison Camp (FPC) he was actually giving them a reward for their attempt to help the CIA. Notable inmates include broker Peter Bacanovic who was convicted along with Martha Stewart of various crimes in the 2001 ImClone scandal. Inmates, who dress in tan shirts and pants, may participate in a work program on Nellis AFB, like cleaning bathrooms, sweeping floors and assisting in the testing spy planes.

At the time of the Pentagon attack, Lt. Colonel Steve O'Brien flew a C-130H or was it an EC-130H (E = Electronic Warfare) military aircraft above the Pentagon (no he actually flew into the plume of smoke). What was he doing? Why was it airborne in defiance of a mandated FAA grounding and even more interestingly why would Air Force leaders consider it more important to launch a C-130H (call sign Golfer 06) and not a F-15 or F-16 jet interceptor? Why in the world did he land and take off from Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland; home of Air Force One?

"Lt Colonel's who are pilots... are usually commanders of operations or command pilots".

Colonel O'Brian, as a member of the Minnesota Air National Guard, would operate primarily from civilian airports and other installations outside active duty military bases. His unit was normally based in Saint Paul. Colonel O'Brien & his crew witnessed both the crash at the Pentagon and the crash of flight #93 in Pennsylvania.

To add to the plot, the 3 F-16 "Fighting Falcon" fighter planes that finally scrambled from Langley Air Force Base, were from the 119th Fighter Wing of the North Dakota Air National Guard.

Affectionately call the "Happy Hooligans", they are the best fighter unit on Earth, and were also present at the crash of flight #93 along with Lt. Colonel Steve O'Brien and his C-130H along with one of Warren Edward Buffett's business jets.

The Holligans are given credit for shooting the empty holes in the ground with sidewinders. The 119th Fighter Wing also fly the MQ-9 Predator (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle).

WCPO-TV ABC channel 9 reported that flight #93 had safely landed at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Passengers were taken to a nearby NASA facility. NASA claimed that is was a KC-135 with a team of scientists, dressed as civilians, who were boarded onto shuttle buses.

Currently, the Hooligans have switched over to the C-21 (Lear-35A; business jet);The 119th Fighter Wing will receive a total of eight C-21 aircraft and will be experiencing the largest transformation in their 60-year history," said Army Major General David A. Sprynczynatyk.

Even better yet, the two "Cocked & Loaded" F-15 Eagle fighter jets that scrambled from Otis (Nasty & Duff) were from the 102nd Fighter Wing at Otis Air National Guard Base, near Cape Cod, Mass. It is all about the Air National Guard keeping main stream Air Force out of the ACT. President Bush was a member the Texas Air National Guard.

Please note that the MQ-9 Predator/Reaper is designed to haul up to 3,000 pounds of external ordnance to include the GBU-12, GBU-38, AIM-9 "Sidewinder", AIM-92 "Stinger" and AGM-114 "Hellfire" missiles and small diameter bombs. The Guided Bomb Unit-12 (GBU-12) for example has a housing made from Injection-molded plastic. Another interesting craft is the jet powered RQ-4A Global Hawk that has wings and outer shell made of composite plastics.

On the day of the ACT (attack), the Pentagon was under "threat condition Bravo," a state of alert resulting from an increased but nonspecific threat of terrorism" -- its third-highest level. The next level, Charlie, would mean that an incident is imminent or has occurred.

What was the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) & the Pentagon Police Department (PPD) doing? What happen to their built-in defenses of the best defended and safest building in the world?

The Pentagon’s police force, the Defense Protective Service (DPS), had conducted emergency drills throughout summer 2001. Why were members playing this game? Many members of the "DPS" subsequently assist in directing rescue efforts at the Pentagon on 9/11. [Los Angeles Times, 9/13/2001]

The terrorist were so clever that they had hit the only section of the Pentagon designed to resist a terrorist attack (due to renovations).

At 8:38 am on September 11th, NORAD was conducting a simulated exercise called Vigilant Guardian. Lt Colonel Dawne Deskins, mission crew chief thought that the hijacking of flight #11 was part of the simulation except that the hijacking wasn't supposed to be for another hour.

NORAD commander Major General Larry Arnold, who is at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, also says that when he first hears of the hijacking, in the minutes after NEADS is alerted to it, “The first thing that went through my mind was, is this part of the exercise? Is this some kind of a screw-up?”

At 9:00 am, the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) plans the simulated crash of a small corporate jet plane into a government building. The NRO draws its personnel from the CIA and the military, and operates many of the nation’s spy satellites.

All of the FBI/CIA joint anti-terrorist and top special operations agents were at a training exercise (complete with all associated helicopters and light aircraft) in Monterey, California. Ironically, with airports closed around the country, the task force still hadn't found a way to fly back to Washington (sounds like a cock & bull story because the CIA have a fleet of 26 planes including the Boeing 737 Business jet, a Gulfstream V {7,697 mile} long range jet, a Lear jet 35 and a C-130).

Maybe they were on a "Real" operation at the time!

Ocean's 11, 2001 vs. September 11, 2001

The 1960 film "Ocean’s Eleven" is a movie about 10 veteran Army Rangers who rob five different Las Vegas casinos with the precision of a military operation.

The 2001 remake uses a team of professionals who are specialist. Ocean's teams rely on social engineering, long-term misdirection, confidence plays, and running multiple scams & cons at the same time.

What you have is 11 cons going off in 9 directions all at the same time, also known as a Northwoods Operation!

Back in March of 1963 Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, General Lemnitzer and his crew came up with a dozen plans to justify U.S. intervention in Cuba which involved "FAKE" terrorist actives including a simulated hijacking of a Civilian jetliner and its passengers.

The plot was simple: A “real” Commercial airliner and a “real” Cast of extras, take off from a "real" airport, only to be replaced by a military “Clone” launched from a near by Air Field. In effect the two crafts would replace one another. The “Drone” would become the actual victim. (Clone & Drone) The Cast would go under the witness protection act and get new ID cards.

In 2001 NORAD had planned an exercise, scheduled for June 2002, involving two simultaneous commercial aircraft hijackings. One, a Delta 757, with actual Delta pilots and actors posing as passengers, would fly from Salt Lake City, Utah, to Honolulu, Hawaii. It will be “hijacked” by FBI agents posing as terrorists. The idea included a possibly “mock” shoot down the aircraft.

Flight #93 (Pennsylvania): two hijackers still alive.

Flight #11 (north tower): four hijackers still alive.

Flight #175 (south tower): hijacker Pilot still alive.

Flight #77 (Pentagon): two hijackers still alive.

In fact, 15 of the 19 hijackers got their Visas from the CIA controlled, US Consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Head US Consular Official, Michael Springmann is fired for complaining about it.

The flight numbers appear to have been picked. Look at how the numbers add to each other.

OK, so back to the Battlefield…everything is in code. The Hercules C-130 is the grandson of the 8 engine “flying lumberyard” Hughes H-4 Hercules “Spruce Goose”! This Howard Hughes/Henry Kaiser brain child is still the largest flying boat on Earth.

Offutt Air Force Base, Bellevue, Nebraska "Home to the 55th Wing, the largest wing within the Air Force’s Air Combat Command and National Emergency Airborne Command Post (NEACP) command and control for the President, the Secretary of Defense, and Secretary of State"

And the granddaddy of all... Langley Air Force Base, Virginia.

As the host unit at Langley Air Force Base, the 1st Fighter Wing operates and maintains one of the largest fighter bases in the Air Force's Air Combat Command. ACC's mission is to provide the world's best combat air forces delivering rapid, decisive air power anytime, anywhere.

So what the HELL happened on 9-11!

The wing's primary mission is to work as a team to be ready to deploy, deter and win, setting the standard in air supremacy. To accomplish its mission, the men and women of the 1st Fighter Wing are broken out into four groups: the 1st Operations Group, the 1st Logistics Group, the 1st Support Group and the 1st Medical Group. These groups are further broken down into 21 squadrons, including three F-15 fighter squadrons with 54 primary assigned F-15Cs: the 27th FS, known as the "Fighting' Eagles"; the 71st FS, known as the "Ironmen" and the 94th FS, also known as the "Hat-in-the-Ring Gang".

Langley Air Force Base, Virginia is not only the home of the Air Combat Command, the 1st Fighter Wing, the 480th Intelligence Wing but also "AFC2ISRC" Air Force Command & Control & Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Center, which supports the Air Force & Joint C4ISR capabilities (concept of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance).

They are also home to one of the seven Command & Control & Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Battlelabs. Each battlelab is focused on a specific mission and are under the watchful eye of the Theater Battle Operations Net-centric Environment (TBONE) who Provides an all encompassing Air Operations Center (AOC) planning system.

Airborne Battlefield Command and Control Center (ABCCC) Functions as a direct extension of ground-based command and control authorities, the primary mission is providing flexibility in the overall control of tactical air resources.

In addition, to maintain positive control of air operations, ABCCC can provide communications to higher headquarters, including national command authorities, in both peace and wartime environments.

It provides communications to the higher headquarters in peace time.

A basic EC-130E “Command Center (ABCCC) would consist of 7 aircraft.

On top you would have the EC-130E ABCCC / an EC-130E modified C-130 "Hercules"; aircraft designed to carry the USC-48 Airborne Battlefield Command and Control Center Capsules.

EC-130E Rivet Rider / Commando Solo: Commando Solo conducts psychological operations and civil affairs broadcast missions in the standard AM, FM, HF, TV, and military communications bands. A typical mission consists of a single-ship orbit which is offset from the desired target audience. The targets may be either military or civilian personnel. Secondary missions include command and control communications countermeasures (C3CM) and limited intelligence gathering. Secondary capabilities include deception, and manipulation techniques.

EC-130H Rivet Fire / Compass Call: Is configured to perform tactical command, control and communications countermeasures or C3CM. It is the only US wide-area offensive information warfare platform; it provides disruptive communications jamming and other unique capabilities to support the Joint Force Commander. Specifically, the modified aircraft uses noise jamming to prevent communication or degrade the transfer of information essential to command and control of weapon systems and other resources.

Langley AFB also supports "C4ISTAR" or Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance.

When terrorists struck America on September 11, 2001...U.S. bombers were sitting gassed up on the ground, armed with nuclear weapons, as part of an annual war exercise. The goal of the exercise: test the U.S. Strategic Command's (StratCom) ability to fight a nuclear war.

One aspect of the exercise, called Global Guardian, involved loading nuclear weapons onto airplanes. The airplanes did not, however, take off with the weapons onboard, according to a briefer at the Strategic Command's headquarters at Offutt Air Force Base near Bellevue, Neb.

Global Guardian is one of many "practice Armageddon’s," as they sometimes are called, that the U.S. military stages to test its readiness. That the exercise was, according to a briefer, "in full swing" at the time the United States came under attack is at least an odd coincidence.

After keeping details of the day quiet for months, StratCom briefer last week provided members of the news media with information about the goings-on in the command headquarters that day.

Another part of the Global Guardian exercise; put three military command aircraft packed with sophisticated communications equipment in the air.

Four E-4B (Boeing 747-200) National Airborne Operations Center "Doomsday" planes, are based at Offutt AFB. A full E-4B crew may include up to 114 people. "Air Force One" is also a 747-200 and is often trailed by one of these E-4B's.

These airplanes give “Top Government” officials alternative command posts from which to direct U.S. forces, execute war orders and coordinate actions by civil authorities in times of national EMERGENCY.

Military authorities canceled the exercise after the attacks on the World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon, but all three of the E-4Bs remained in the air. (Doing what?)

The attacks on that Tuesday morning occurred as a tour group was preparing to visit StratCom's underground command center, Offutt briefer said.

The visitors were in town for the ninth annual Buffett Classic golf tournament, scheduled to get under way that day. The event raises money for children's charities and attracts high-powered business and news media people from around the country.

(Warren Edward Buffett nicknamed the "Oracle of Omaha" the second richest person in the world, amassed an enormous fortune from astute investments, particularly through the company Berkshire Hathaway, of which he is the largest shareholder and CEO. With an estimated current net worth of around $46 billion, he is ranked by Forbes behind the Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates. Among Berkshire Hathaway’s holdings include: GEICO, Dairy Queen, Fruit of the Loom, Helzberg Diamonds, John Manville insulation, Benjamin Moore Paints, plus being a prime government contractor. Buffett also owns Netjets, the world’s largest fleet of private jets of 650 planes including the Boeing 737 business jet & the Gulfstream V. Netjets confirmed that the plane tracking flight #93 did belong to them.)

(Also, at Offutt was CEO of Fiduciary Trust, Anne Tatlock whose office was located in South Tower almost exaclty where Flight #175 hit, killing 87 of her staff. Ann Tatlock is also a trustee of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) along with Carlyle Group advisor James A. Baker III who's law firm, Baker Botts LLP, is defending Saudi Arabia against the trillion dollar lawsuit filed by the families of 9/11 victims. Long time director of Fiduciary Trust, Thomas Kean was appointed by President Bush to head the 9/11 panel.)

Some of the visitors already were at StratCom, having breakfast with then-commander in chief Adm. Richard Mies. The group was scheduled to tour the center and receive an unclassified mission briefing. When the plane hit the second World Trade Center tower, Mies had to excuse himself from the group.

Staff members had left the command center in anticipation of the tour group's visit. When the tour was canceled, the battle staff reconvened in the center. Base security went to its highest level.

All eight giant video screens in the command center were loaded up with data, providing Mies the latest information on the unfolding drama as well as information on the status of America's strategic forces involved in the exercise.

Although StratCom staff received word earlier in the day that President Bush might come to Offutt during the crisis, actual confirmation came only 20 minutes before his arrival, briefer said. After leaving Florida "Air Force One" flew around for several hours before landing at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana then flying to Offutt. This means that all four E-4B's may have been airborne at the same time.

Arriving at Offutt the president first spent about 20 minutes in the command center, where StratCom staff used the video screens to bring him up to date on the attacks and their aftermath.

StratCom briefer described Bush as "very collected" and concerned during the briefing. Then Bush went to another room in the headquarters, the Joint Intelligence Center, where he conducted a multichannel video conference with members of the National Security Council.

StratCom briefers declined to comment further on the president's visit, but you can bet that Warren Buffett was in on some of those meetings.

The Washington Post produced the following account of Bush's time at Offutt based on interviews with the president, his top aides and other government officials: Shortly after arriving at Offutt at 1:50 p.m., Bush told his highest-ranking Secret Service agent that he wanted to return to Washington as soon as possible. At 2:30 p.m., Bush convened the National Security Council via secure video links from various command centers in Washington.

During the meeting, CIA Director George Tenet reported that he was virtually certain that Osama bin Laden and his network were behind the attacks (including Osama's personal family).

Director Tenet said: "al-Qaida was the only terrorist organization in the world that had the capability to pull off such well-coordinated attacks". Intelligence monitoring, he said, had overheard a number of known bin Laden operatives congratulating each other after the strikes (including Osama's personal family). The word al-Qaida, (which is most often associated with Osama) means "the base" much like the foundation of a pyramid. According to the BBC; the term was first used in January 2001 by the U. S. Department of Justice.

Between, July 4th to 14th, 2001: Osama had met with the CIA at the American hospital in Dubia, Arabia. How come they did not sack and bag him then? Al-Qaida appears to be a creation of the CIA and Big-Brother.

July of 2001: was also the month that Ali Mohammed was scheduled for sentencing for his guility plea in helping plan the US embassy bombings in Nairobi and Tanzania plus training al-Qaida members in the U.S. and abroad in the arts of terrorism. This former U.S. Army Special Forces sergeant not only trained Osama bin Laden's bodyguards but was a U.S. government informant/terrorist for the CIA, the FBI and the U. S. Army. What happened after that is unclear because there is no record of any sentencing or even a conviction. There has been no further news of his specific whereabouts on September 11, 2001 only that he was at an unspecifed location. It was reported that Ali Mohammed was given an early release from (any) prison time by direct order from the Bush Administration's Department Of Justice, specifically the U.S. Attorney General.

9:00 am September 11, 2001 former CIA Director/President George H. W. Bush was glad handing with Osama bin Laden's brother, Shafig bin Laden at the Ritz Carlton in Washington, DC on behalf of the Carlyle Group, the largest private investment firm in the world. Director Tenet was right!

8:48 am September 11,2001: reports explicitly state that President Bush was told of the first event, while in the motorcade to the Booker Elementary School in Sarasota, Florida.

9:03 am September 11, 2001: when the second event hit the South Tower of the World Trade Center; President Bush was at the Emma T. Booker Elementary School, listening to 2nd grade colored children read "The Pet Goat". Chief of Staff Andrew Card, came over and whispered in Bush's ear the good news: "the second plane has hit the second tower".

So what..."America may be under attack; I want to know what the heck happen to the Goat? Bush sat there 5 more minutes "as if he didn't have a care in the world" [he was one happy camper].

It was no accident that they picked Booker Elementary School as the location for the President to be at for 9/11! Besides being in his brother's State; just up the road are "the U.S. Special Operations Command" (SOCom), Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), the "Joint Communications Support Element" (JCSE) & "the U.S. Central Command" headquartered at MacDill AFB, Tampa. Their mission includes special reconnaissance, unconventional warfare and direct action missions." At least three quarters (10,000) people are in support functions, or psychological operations and civil affairs.

Examples of SOCom activities include the EC-130H Commando Solo aircraft, and other "airborne broadcasting studios". Both the Joint Special Operations Command and the CIA use the exact same Gulfstream V jet which just happens to look just like the plane seen over Shanksville at the site of flight #93. SOCom's 2005 budget was reported as $6.6 billion.

The council discussed whether it was safe for Bush to return to Washington and if banks, airlines and the Pentagon should continue business as usual the next day.

Bush said: "We will find these people. They will pay. And I don't want you to have any doubt about it."

He boarded Air Force One, and it took off from Offutt at 3:36 p.m.

"Although JSOC's stated purpose is to provide a unified command structure for conducting joint special operations and exercises, it is widely reported that JSOC is actually the command responsible for conducting US counter-terrorism (CT) operations. JSOC is reported to command the US military's Special Missions Units (SMUs). These SMUs are tasked with conducting CT operations, strike operations, reconnaissance in denied areas, and special intelligence missions.

"With their 'black budget' SFOD-D and Hostage Rescue Team [HRT] of FBI train together at the $80 million upgraded Range-19 in Ft. Bragg, N.C. " SFOD-D has as their Standard Operational Procedure a 'take no survivors' policy once forces are committed. The same operational policy, weapons, and uniforms are used by HRT and the ATF if you remember Waco!

As of 2007, the only people who have paid for this are the:

American people and "YOU!"

Yet: Carlyle, Halliburton and Berkshire Hathaway made Billions.

The White House submitted $623 billion in requests for fiscal year 2008, along with a request for $141.7 billion extra war funding in the current fiscal year to fight the "WAR on Terror", and there is nothing you can do about it except "Pet the Sheep!"
